Perth Mobility Mobility Scooter & Recliner Raffle 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Perth Mobility, a trading business of Screenlink Pty Ltd ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The raffle commences on 27 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AWST on 31 August 2026, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open only to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter

• Customers will receive one (1) entry into the raffle for every in-store transaction of $100 or more (including GST) made during the promotion period.

• Multiple qualifying purchases may result in multiple entries.

• Purchases must be made in-store at Perth Mobility, located at 10–12 Sundercombe Street, Osborne Park WA 6017.

• Entrants must complete the entry form and provide their full contact details.

• Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

• Online purchases are excluded from this promotion.

• Hire transactions and hire-related sales are excluded from this promotion.

• If the qualifying item(s) are not in stock at the time of purchase, customers will still be eligible for entry provided payment is made in full before the promotion closes.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit.

5. Prize Details

First Prize

• One (1) Pride Pathrider 140XL Mobility Scooter in Silver.

• The mobility scooter will be supplied with its standard manufacturer's warranty.

Second Prize

• One (1) $300 voucher redeemable towards the purchase of a Theorem Power Lift Recliner.

Please note: All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

• The prize draw will be conducted on 1 September 2026 at:
  12 Sundercombe Street, Osborne Park WA 6017

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

7. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced on Friday, 4 September 2026.

• The Promoter may publish each winner's first name, surname initial and suburb on its website, social media channels and/or in-store promotional materials.

• By entering the raffle, winners agree to be photographed and permit Perth Mobility to use their name and image for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to):

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • The Perth Mobility website

  • Other promotional publications

8. Prize Collection

• Winners must collect their prize in person from:
  Perth Mobility
  10–12 Sundercombe Street
  Osborne Park WA 6017

• Prizes will not be shipped, freighted or delivered.

• Winners may be required to provide photographic identification before collecting their prize.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

10. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the use of any prize.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights consumers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.

• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

• The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Privacy

• Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and related communications.

• Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's obligations under applicable Australian privacy laws.

• Perth Mobility may use personal information, including an email address, to send future promotional communications.
